CAROLINA'S FIELD, FOREST & WATER - Ep. 13

The second season of CAROLINA'S FIELD, FOREST & WATER premieres with this conversation between senior student Lyle Fulmer and LUIS SALAZAR of Crop Trust, the global nonprofit organization which manages the Svalbard Global Seed Vault in Norway, inside the Arctic Circle.

The Global Seed Vault is a storehouse for more than 1.4 million samples of seeds from plant species around the world. In this episode, Mr. Salazar joins us from Bonn, Germany, and discusses the mission of Crop Trust to preserve crop diversity and to ensure the planet's food supply for future generations.
